Working Together to reduce inequalities in Highland
Draft Highland Outcome Improvement Plan (HOIP) Consultation Open
After an extensive period of engagement with our Communities the Highland CPP have published a draft version of the Highland Outcome Improvement Plan (HOIP) for consultation. The consultation will be open until the end of August and is open to anyone living within Highland.
The HOIP outlines the Partnership’s aspirations for Highland and the outcomes that the CPP will work towards throughout 2017-2027. The HOIP’s main focus is to tackle the issues that lead to inequality and it therefore focuses on 5 key outcomes we believe will make a significant impact on reducing inequality.
The draft HOIP has been drawn up using all the feedback received from the community engagement undertaken over the last four months. We now want to seek your views on the draft HOIP to understand if it focuses on the right outcomes and priorities in order to reduce inequality in Highland.
It is essential to read the HOIP itself before attempting the survey questions. You can download the plan and access the survey through the links below:
The HOIP has been developed over the period from January 2017 - July 2017 into the draft that is now circulated for consultation with communities. Over this period, individually and together, the CPP members organisations have undertaken different types of engagement with communities to collect their views and understand their priorities in relation to reducing inequalities in Highland.
The outcomes and priorities included within this plan are a collation of the information that has come back from communities, most particularly the community workshops held throughout April and May and the survey completed throughout June and July 2017.
You can read the individual reports for each of the workshops here:
