ABOUT HIGHLAND

As a Local Government Area Highland is the largest in the UK and constitutes approximately one third of the landmass of Scotland. It stretches from Stroma in the North, an Island in the Pentland Firth down to the southern boarder on the Morvern Peninsula, in the west from the UK's most westerly point, Corrachadh Mòr to Nairnshire in the east. ​
